Refund & Cancellation
At HealthFarm, we are committed to your satisfaction with our Noni Premium, Amla, and Aloe Vera Syrups. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or cancellation is necessary. Here’s an outline of our policy:

Refund Eligibility:
If you are unsatisfied with your HealthFarm product, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please retain your purchase receipt for verification. -
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email upon refund completion. -
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to cancel. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but eligible items may still be returned according to our refund policy. -
Product Replacement:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, HealthFarm will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange the return and replacement process.
